That describes a guy who is looking for something more than they currently have also .... someone who wants more than who they are. Someone who also wants reality to change and become different. And again ... this isn't always a bad thing either. If you are experiencing a horrible situation in life, then most people WANT to become something more, have something more, experience something different.

So realistiy .... the game players and the "real guys" both want essentially the same thing, it's just the game players are willing to play make believe in order to achieve it. The "real" guy is more likely to "work" at it.

Now let me describe to you a separate type of person: a hero, verses a villain.

These two types of people are neither "game players", or "real" ... they are something else. They make choices in a different way, on a different level. They don't aspire to become something different, or more .... they ARE different. They ARE more. They aspired, for however long ... but they crossed the line into becoming the thing they aspired to be. They don't strive to become freer and break barriers ... they have both crossed the lines and barriers that most everyone else is a part of. They have crossed them, and now live on the other side of them. They have become what the players only wish they were, and those who are working hard to become stronger/better/more alive are striving towards.

What separates the heros and villains from everyone else, is that they've crossed that line. But the villain crosses it for himself only .... the hero crosses it for both himself, and others. And the key, is that *no one asked them too*. They chose to, willingly. They willingly chose to cross some line that most people come up to and back away from.

We need the heros to cross those lines for us, without being told to do so. Or having to beg them. We need people in our lives to do that for us ... to cross the line, and do so willingly. Unfortunately the villain does this, when no one needs them to. When we didn't ask them to, or want them to.

Being a hero, is not all it's cracked up to be. We are the embodiment of what those who are "striving" hope to become. But once you cross that line ... whatever that line is ... we tend to look at those still striving with a distrust. Because more times than not, when given the opportunity to cross the line, the one who is striving to be stronger/better/more alive .... chooses to remain on the other side.

It disappoints us, because the talk is big, the walk is grand ... but you never arrive to your destination. When finally given the opportunity, you typiy back away.

So at 20 years of age .... you speak about the journey. But what about the destination ? When you come face to face with someone who actually IS what you are describing, will you join them for awhile, or keep walking in circles thinking you're getting stronger/better/etc ? Because if you choose to just keep walking ... then there is little that separates you from the person playing the game. Because walking in circles, knowing you are doing so ... is worse than playing a game. It's what a hamster does in a wheel. It's what an animal in the zoo does in it's cage.

It's *slavery*.
